Property glut in  March 2022

For a few years there were no properties for sale at Waikawa Beach. Any that did come on the market were snapped up very quickly at very high prices. But we’ve now entered a lull. The map shows where 13 properties are on the market as at 16 March 2022. Residential listings date as far back as 10 January 2022.
