Manga Pirau Street beach access update 12 July 2022

Information today from Craig Kidd, Parks and Property Officer | Āpiha Papa Rēhia, Rawa of Horowhenua District Council:  

> We were looking at rebuilding the beach access for pedestrians and vehicles and have asked contractors to delay this work until next week, until the current weather system passes as we may be in for strong westerlies, which are being forecasted.
